RitMix Player - Update Firmware can't recognize
 

So as it goes, i've got another clone (RitMix-4000 4Gb), and soon it got frozen - only white screen with "Loading..." on it is there, and of course it's gonna "load" forever. Connecting various pins, turning on|off got me nowhere - still that "Loading..." is on.
I connected device to the PC (it's Vista) and installed driver from the Mp3 Players Utilities 4.25 folder in Program Files. All went well, and by now Windows recognizes device as USB 2.0 (HS) ADFU.
But when i try any of that Firmware Upgrade tools, they just seem to not see my player. They say like "USB-Device isn't found" etc., so i can't even update the firmware, though Windows is OK with device.

Any advices?

Try different version of player utilities.

Also, post board ID and LCM part# to receive firmware recommendation.

I have the same problem. Player - Ritmix 9300
Can you tell what the version would probably fit to it?
