well People i'm not sure this probleme need a firmware
well i have a probleme i baught this Player since couple of month
unfortunately it didn't last for more than 8 hours
the probleme is that it boot up normally ( working just normal) but the screen
don't work it means that i can't use it anymore don't really no why even it still as new as i baught it
hope some one can help me to upgrade or extract the firmware or maybe you have a a better idea to fix the screen

If the screen doesn't work you have a hardware issue, nothing to do with firmware. Probably the flex cable detached from the board.
