Issues with player after installing firmware. Free space is wrong

I bought from Amazon a Pro Ebiz Pyrus Mp5 player Amazon.com: Touch Screen 4GB 2.8-Inch TFT MP5 Movie Music Personal Media Player: Electronics I think it uses the rockchip Rk2705a-b

So I installed the firmware that was on the cd that came in the box, then I`ve put some music on the player, listened to it then went off to eat. When I opened it later first it said Updating media library and it frozed.

I reset it then from 120 songs it showed in the All music folder only 1 song repeated for 120 times. In the explore menu I could see all the songs but couldn`t do anything, even delete them. The firmware image file turned from the name 6026 of 52 mega or something to the name yyyyyyyy and 2,12 giga. I tried to format the player but no luck resulting in error : Unable to format.

Now when I connect it to the usb drive it show only 1,4 giga free space from 3.6 and when I open the folder it shows no files. I can`t put any songs on it or play them and I get alot of errors when I connect it to the usb. I don`t know what to do. I tried to enter the rockusb mode but doesn`t work. Please help me. I think this is because of the firmware upgrade. Sorry about english. If u have any questions pls ask.

have you back up the old firmware? if not open you device look for the details... of your player..
