need Firmware for TLC260 clone (MP817SL)

I everyone,
I got a blank screen on my MP4. Recoverymod is OK but I don't have the good rfw file
it's a Schaub Lorenz MP817SL (4Go) with sensitive button on the top

I found this on the inside
