Unfortunately you'll have to open up your player and post the board/plate and chip numbers.
That will help identify your player more.

I, also, bought one of those MP3 players from E-Bay that DOES NOT WORK and I can not download songs to it since I deleted the songs that were on it. I NEED HELP with this no-name MP3.:confused:
