Unfortunately you'll have to open up your player and post the board/plate and chip numbers.
That will help identify your player more.

EDIT: Wait, I found another post from you and combined the two together. Is the other post relating to the same player with the images you just posted?

I, also, bought one of those MP3 players from E-Bay that DOES NOT WORK and I can not download songs to it since I deleted the songs that were on it. I NEED HELP with this no-name MP3.
