mp4 play, i dont know...
 

Hey guys.

I have a big problem. I bought a mp4 player from Hong kong ago 1 week. And know it doesnt going on..

I have tryed to put in music, than was there a Screen error with "incorrect format or so" than i turned off the mp4 player.

And what is... it haning off at the "Welcome" Screen, it doesnt work anymore. If i put the mp4 player into the PC:

1. it doesnt load the battery
2. its hanging off at the Welcome screen.


Can some one help me please? I dont know what i can do :(

PS: my pc say's the mp4 player is doesnt connecting with the pc, the computer says nothing.
