I am pretty sure my firmware went bad. Just got it two days ago via ebay and was uploading mp3. It starts turning off mid upload for a few of the bigger files and was getting problems during playback. Now it's settled into a general shutdown at random times durring playback or using the menu. It's a 8gb drive, and Chip Genius was only able to tell me it was an actions chipset. I this all happened bacause i used the update firmware feature under settings, which didnt update anything at all. the firmware is still 9.5.45. It's also saying it's a QS_AK2027. But Chip Genius wasnt able to tell me anything but The Chip vendor and the part number. cant seem to find it online though. Any ideas? Here's the ebay pic.
