Dead my Sylvania
 

Dear Team:


A MP4 has brought me Sylvania SMPK8854b. In a beginning this just showed the menu
but didn't respond to any command, my PC find it perfectly as device RockUSB
but I put it music and anything raisin.
A friend explains to me that maybe is corrupt the firmware, and we decide with the software
(Refresh Firmware) that brings the disk to change the firmware. We have put a firmware
recommended by a Chinese web site,for RockChip RK 2608C.
Now not respond and no show the menu, and the PC only sees it as storage device.
When I try to put another firmware, the program says that doesn't find any RockUSB Device
connected.
Plase somebody knows if I can recover my Sylvania.
Please help!!!!
