how to reinstall to28_v4 firmware?
 

i got a new mp4 player, it has a touch screen, a camera, and a 3 inch display.

board sspecs are:
board: TO28_v4 2010.1.27
main processor: spmp 3052d-ql171
display (i think this is it): mb060 m404a557
any other info just tell me what to look for and i'll try to find it

i got the firmware for this motherboard and player, but i cant figure this out. the player freezes up at the startup screen, and the dead player recovery guide isn't working. can someone help me figure this out? how can i force windows to see it? i am willing to do ANYTHING to get it working again.

i got a little farther, i managed to get windows to recognize it but when i try to install it some adfu drivers so i can reinstall the firmware adfuupdate.inf says "the specified location does not contain information about your hardware". why does it say this and why cant i install its drivers??

No brother, this player is not with a Action chip, this contains SUNPLUS chip. you have to obtain the device drivers, flashing tools and firmware from the forum.

I already have the firmware, but right now my player is in florida, after not getting any information i decided to send it back to where i got it, it hasn't gotten back yet though. thanks for letting me know that though, if it does it again i will certainly be looking here in the forums.
