Philips GoGear SA011 Mp3 Player
hey all.
I have a problem with my Philips GoGear SA011 Mp3 Player. I guess the reason is that my computer is full of viruses, but the anti virus detected nothing. My mp3 player is almost a year old. I bought it in January last year, and in June it started to die.... :(I had to format it several times, because some folders have been full of viruses. In August, it would only accept 50 files at one time, and if I put more in it, it was, again, full by viruses. Last month, I tried to upload some music (of course, after formatting and repairing with the Device Manager), and it froze. I removed it from the computer, but next time I put it back on, the Device Manager couldn't repair it, and I couldn't format it either. I switched on my player but the screen just shows the brand (PHILIPS) then it turns off. I don't know what to do with it! If the warranty is still available, can I repair it for free? Or can you tell me something to fix it on my own? Please help me with some advice. Thank you very much! P.S. Happy new year! |
Can somebody please help me??

You should clean your system from viruses then recover your music player. Firmware for they.
