Unhappy Philips GoGear SA011 Mp3 Player

hey all.
I have a problem with my Philips GoGear SA011 Mp3 Player.
I guess the reason is that my computer is full of viruses, but the anti virus detected nothing.
My mp3 player is almost a year old. I bought it in January last year, and in June it started to die.... I had to format it several times, because some folders have been full of viruses. In August, it would only accept 50 files at one time, and if I put more in it, it was, again, full by viruses. Last month, I tried to upload some music (of course, after formatting and repairing with the Device Manager), and it froze. I removed it from the computer, but next time I put it back on, the Device Manager couldn't repair it, and I couldn't format it either. I switched on my player but the screen just shows the brand (PHILIPS) then it turns off.
I don't know what to do with it!
If the warranty is still available, can I repair it for free?
Or can you tell me something to fix it on my own?
Please help me with some advice.
Thank you very much!

P.S. Happy new year!

You should clean your system from viruses then recover your music player. Firmware for they.
