Default Orange 4th gen Nano Clone


i have Orange 4th gen Nano Clone 16gig, i was uploading music to it when my electrics tripped out, now when i turn the player on its stuck on the hourglass symbol and wont do anything else, windows will no longer recognize the player.
i have tried the dead player recovery guide, i have tried it in all my USB ports nothing seems to work..
the info on the chips inside is
ak2027c <-small chip
027uag8t2mta <-memory chip
if anyone can help pls reply as this is a friends daughters player who got it for xmas and i was just doing a favor putting music on n now its dead..

There must be somebody out there that has had a similar problem to the one i am experiencing, please help
