I need HELP in all the Procedures!

I need HELP in all the Procedures, step by step PLEASEEEEE!!! i need links! i need softwares! I BADLY NEED MY MP4 PLAYER coz its juz only i gadget have , i googled all night and day just to find solutions!

My Problem is:
Juz died suddenly
Hangs up at start up (>>Light your life<<>>EKEN<< and then hangs!!)

NOT DETECTED IN THE COMPUTER

it is the sliding panel one same Model from discussed above,
pls any1 help me how to fix this... i need the software, links, and the procedure in wat will i do...

BIGGEST PROBLEM IS IT CANT BE DETECTED IN THE COMPUTER! but power is OK, it still ons.
