HELP dead MP3 player

Dear all,
Firstly, sorry for not good English. I have a MP3 player with radio FM "APOB type A-02", maybe it's China Product.
Yesterday, my MP3 player dead and I don't know what to do.

Please help me to solve this matter and/or help me to get firmware for above MP3 player.
