Dead MP4 player (I'don't know the model)
 

Hi,

I bought a chinese MP4 Player 3 days ago and yesterday it stopped working. When I turn it on the screen gets blue and an hourglass appears. Three or four seconds later it turns off automatically. And the computer doesn't detect it.
