You need the RK27xx repair tool to make your computer see the PMP.
here:-
http://mympxplayer.org/rk27dm-repair...706-df947.html

You also need a copy of the original firmware from the player, and apply it to your player with the tool, other firmware versions
will not work as Ramos often change the hardware configuration on the players and
then change the firmware to match, Onda are known to do the same trick. :

Good Luck.

Have you got the firmware?
There is one to try here:-
[?] CR43TFTPMPV1.4 20081216 2705UFK 94V-0 4.3? - ? - ?-

Use button "Show System Disk" open your firmware partition and then copy folders over.

Download rk27_TestUsbHandler.exe - MyMPx

Use rk27_TestUsbHandler.exe to get your player into Rkusb update mode.
and then
Try loading the firmware folders using this tool:-
http://mympxplayer.org/rockchip-rk27...v25-df881.html

The tool should recreate the partition for you.

If you’ve tried all three of these steps and the problem still isn’t fixed, you’ve likely got an issue that you can’t fix.
