MP5 chip ATJ2237T dead

I have a chinese MP5 Player

More relevant technical details:

Firmware: ATJ2237T (ZA90UAC)
Memory: Samsung K9GAG08UOM PCBO 16 GB

I try flashing with Media Player Product Tool without success. Flashing tool detect my MP5 Player but can't write on it. Always display error ".Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device is connecting!"

I installed ADFU driver modifying ADFUUpdate.inf file
