Dead Overmax mp4 (or mp3) player

I do not know much about this MP3/MP4 player.
The only thing i remember is the sys info:
FW: A5.1.011
CHIP:08
So i thought im going to upgrade the firmware, so i did it and now its bricked.

Any help appreciated
