Try to open the update tools with the working one.
Then, it's firmware goes to the "Recover" folder.
Its named $(anything)$.bin. (I think.) But anyways, its would be the only file inside it.

Hi initiate, everybody say that firmware 9.0.48 or higher can't be extracted from the player,that isn't any program, yet. The seller doesn't know anything about upgrading/extracting firmware and he is afraid to use mp3tools or any other program on a mp4 that's working. Thanks anyway

can anyone help me to find a firmware for my dead player. Here are some numbers that i've found when I opened my player:

Memory: SAMSUNG 649, K9L8G08U0A, PCB0, FBJ469X3
Processor: ATJ2091H, F8238FA C9F
Display: SH-BL1013M 07/05/20
(CHIP UNKNOWN TO ME ): SP3767HN, 07CS25

I screwed my player when I tried to fix a bug (display wouldn't turn off even I changed the options in the player). Now I have a white screen. My PC still recognizes my player as an USB device.

My firmware version was 9.0.50. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks!

P.S. ... and I have checked all the numbers twice to make sure that I haven't made a mistake. All numbers are as is!

i searched on www.s1mp3.net and have the following result:

I got a lot of 10 of these players that gave to friends and family. 6 of them are with corrupted firmware. I've been in your site and was not able to find this fw.
