Default Please help MP/MP4/WMA


hi
I connect my Mp4 to computer.Ii try to open it i get the message:... is not formattet..." .I ty to format it but it didn't accept to do.
This is all info I have:
ATJ2085W F3012AB E39
SRX-C9V0.3 2006-03-30 FOREST
TSF8542FPC-A1 TRULY-C

Ok. Now I get " Disk error" evey time I try to access PHOTO or MUSIC or MOVIE or RECORD or VOICE or E-BOOK but RADIO is ok.
Now here is infos i get :
Core: ACTS16D_15
DATE:2005-07-01
FW: SRX3.2.16
DATE: 2005-12-12
Help me please !!!

aboumoad,just FORMAT your player using Mp3 Utilities Disk Tool or in Windows(use FAT file system).

If it doesn't work,explore the SYSTEM menu of your player then at ONLINE MODE choose NORMAL ONLY.Then format again your player on Windows.

And it should work now.

Thanks zrock,
I try to format it using Mp3 Utilities Disk Tool or in Windows but it is not possible to do even in Online Mode....> Normal Only ! .

The format action seem to be quick and at the end i get the message: " Widows cannot format ..."

I've done all things but still have the same problem !!!
I think the best thing to do is to buy a new mp player.
