I have a firmware like this but it's for 2" display. What screen size does your player have? Could you post a picture please?

Hi yahallaq,

What version of the MP3 Player Utilities are you using? Some members have found that using a DIFFERENT version will make it recognise the firmware so you may want to try installing a different version of the MP3 Player Utilities instead.
