I had the same MP4. I still not found a working FW for it. Luckily I found that it can be recovery by flash 2 FW files respectively. It sound strange but it work for me.

First, Flash your MP4 with this file.

After flash, your MP4 should be show white screen. PC can detect your MP4 as USB disk.
Second, Flash it with this file.

Then you are done. Now your MP4 should show sand watch for a while. Please wait.

The software I used is "MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11".

Could you explain a litlee more about your system?? You said:
Flash your player. Does that mean that i should try to recover with that firmware?? and then i should recover with the next? What is Flash for you?

Another important thing. Could you please upload those firms in another server?? Right now they give less than 1kb/s, and it still break. I have tried many times...

Sorry for my bad english which make confusion.
Let me tell you the whole story.
I had bought this MP4 from ebay. Just only a day since received it, It hang and stuck with sandglass. I had searched info on internet and try many FW including all suggested overhere. But no any FW worked.
However with some luck, I found that 2 FW can recovery my MP4. I 'm quite sure that you already try either one or both of them. Here is new link.

**You may need to put your MP4 to ADFU mode before start following step.
1. Recovery your MP4 with this FW.

2. Turn OFF and ON your MP4. Now MP4 should show white screen and PC detect it as USB disk. You may also need to format your MP4.
3. Recovery it again with this FW. This FW is actually for 2091. But it work on my MP4(AK1025).

4. Turn OFF and ON. Now MP4 should show sandglass. Wait for a while, your MP4 should be alive.
