Need firmware QY-066FVO ¿¿(HC190-01AR)?? AK1025

Well, i need that firm. About the center numbers, i really don`t know witch one i had to put there. I have the screen number. At least, it was at the side of the screen.
Screen number: HC190-01AR 071123

I also have the "big chip" number:
Hynix Kor
Hy27UT088G2M
TPCB 748A
MTUJ5426Q3

I also did my research. I tried with all the firms in the post about the glacier types(19 firms) The last one(glacier 9.1.51.bin), took the clock away but leave a white screen. I also tried this two:
LG_Lwl_ Qy-066Fvo_cm50016_Ak1025_v.9.1.51_20070706.fw

LG_Lwl_ Qy-066Fvo_Tft70018_2091N_.fw

The two have the board number ok, but the first one has the right "second chip" number(Ak1025). But i don`t know what the midle number means(cm50016).

The second one has the 2091N part wrong. But has that tftxxxx number. I saw a pic of my kind of glacier mp4 in another post, and that firmware.

Maybe TFTxxxxx means glacier type??? Anyway...if someone could help me, please, give me the firmware!!!

So...do you have any help for me??

zrock 31st Mar 2008 11:06 pm

jhr_cronos,there are glacier like firmwares that can be found at the download section have you tried those?

jhr_cronos 2nd Apr 2008 1:12 pm

Yes, i think i tried all of them. As i said before...one of them took the clock out and leave a white screen. But nothing more. All the others don´t seems to do anything. I have a question...the midle part...is the number of the screen?? QY-066FVO ¿¿(HC190-01AR)?? AK1025 I ´ll keep trying and waiting....

PD: I forgot...i downloaded a couple of firmwares called dload. With no extensions at all. How do i use them??? I tried putting .fw myself, an it seems right, but i want to be sure, before i discard them for real.

acctually the board id is same for two players, both aer glacier like and both have same id but with different CHIPS .One is with ATJ2091N and the other AK1025.So i need the firmware for QY-066FVO with the ATJ2091N chip .......... i also saw the firmware link on but that was not the firmware link it was the HTML link and there is not any button to download that firmware(www.S1fw.com).
So please send me the right link for this firware as soon as possible.

jhr_cronos 7th Apr 2008 12:04 pm

I tried s1fw...it keeps the white screen. But i think Zulu is right. The one you give me is the ATJ2091 chip one. I need the AK 1025. You see?? the one you give me has a 2091. It´s not an ak1025

PD: Zulu...you click on the link, and there is something like Download adress...that the real link. But watch out for firewalls.

I had the same MP4. I still not found a working FW for it. Luckily I found that it can be recovery by flash 2 FW files respectively. It sound strange but it work for me.

First, Flash your MP4 with this file.
http://www.uploadd.com/download.aspx...D3221NSISI6RK9[ASNA4M
After flash, your MP4 should be show white screen. PC can detect your MP4 as USB disk.
Second, Flash it with this file.
http://www.uploadd.com/download.aspx...UH5GM5SVA1QJ8U
Then you are done. Now your MP4 should show sand watch for a while. Please wait.

The software I used is "MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11".

Could you explain a litlee more about your system?? You said:
Flash your player. Does that mean that i should try to recover with that firmware?? and then i should recover with the next? What is Flash for you?

Another important thing. Could you please upload those firms in another server?? Right now they give less than 1kb/s, and it still break. I have tried many times...

Sorry for my bad english which make confusion.
Let me tell you the whole story.
I had bought this MP4 from ebay. Just only a day since received it, It hang and stuck with sandglass. I had searched info on internet and try many FW including all suggested overhere. But no any FW worked.
However with some luck, I found that 2 FW can recovery my MP4. I 'm quite sure that you already try either one or both of them. Here is new link.

**You may need to put your MP4 to ADFU mode before start following step.
1. Recovery your MP4 with this FW.
http://www.mediafire.com/?j09ethnql2t
2. Turn OFF and ON your MP4. Now MP4 should show white screen and PC detect it as USB disk. You may also need to format your MP4.
3. Recovery it again with this FW. This FW is actually for 2091. But it work on my MP4(AK1025).
http://www.mediafire.com/?2azfgamivjf
4. Turn OFF and ON. Now MP4 should show sandglass. Wait for a while, your MP4 should be alive.
