The other info is the same as the 1st post.

Any idea? I can't play the videos, and that's why I want the firm.

Thank you for your help but my mp4 player still have the same problem.
after each update it prints this "invalid upgrade firmware file!" i don't know if someone have firmware for board id KJT25002-KV2
