please I want to know how to install the driver & I need firmware for it

well dear your device is in ADFU or you can say that in recovery mode and most the time it is difficult to install it in windowXP,that is my personal experiance.So if you have the window 98 then it is easy to install it becasue there you can give any ADFU driver and install it and then any MP3 UPDATE TOOL will recognise your player for the firmware.
Most importantly you didn't mentioned that what is the number of the CPU............is it ATJ2091N or AK1025 ..........well for both the links are as follow.

اخى الغالى الملفات لا تعمل على الجهاز بمعنى mp4
كانت فيه الساعه الرمليه وبعد تنزيل الفلاشه الشاشه لا تعمل ولكن mp4يعمل بدون شاشه ورقم الشاشه
