The link of the photo of your mp4 is not working so give the working link and also give the descriptions too of your player like what is the MAIN CHIP and what is the ID of the MAIN BOARD

Well I tried to upgrade the firmware of my mp4 because when i try to open the music player it turns off. Well, about the battery its still in good condition, actually when i try to open the AMV player it plays normally.

So here it is now, i thought i could fix the problem thru formating it and re-install the firmware, well i did it i format it and re-install the firmware. Eventually, i just realized after re-installing the firmware that i used DIFFERENT version. Now my mp4 doesnt show any display on screen now, only the light bulb inside flashes.

So what should i do? should i open my mp4 to see the CHIP BOARD ID?. I have only remember the firmware used was SIGMATEL MSCN. The version of the firmware is too long havent memorize it. It goes like something like this (000.000.000.000). {i used zero for sample}

I hope i decribe the details well. Just tell me if i miss something..

Thank you very much for your help... looking forward for your response

agentjames, try to ask cdrking to repair your mp4, their tech support can help you, or try to open your player.

I already tried many times, but according to them they dont have the firmware anymore. It seems they doesnt support it anymore even in their website its already been remove.

Well they give me an option, they said i have to visit their store for personal assistance. But i think it will cost me a lot..

The figure looks the same but the firmware is different, and the buttons too. The bottons that my mp4 have is in front and in the right side only not like in the picture it has a big button in the left side.
