hi have problime with my mp4 digital player

i search the firmware for my mp4 SONY DIGITAL PLAYER V9.1.51
the caractre of my mp4 is

TPCB 725A
KJT-783 070407

FIRMEWARE V9.1.51

IT WORK in my pc but it not work itself just the lamp of screen work but it option don't work.

hi thank you for that bat he doesn't worck with my mp4
it gave that message " the firmware's protocol is not same as the previous firmware's, please exit the tool and select the firmeware"
what i do whith that please help me?
