My MP4 is dead but i can insert a firmware but i did´t find the exactly firm

Plate No.: k1 38h2v2m
Screen No.:xy-1.8ca-v1
Chip: Hynix HY27UF082G2A TPBC 722A

Thanks but the mp4 is still block the firm charged but the scrren displayed black
