Try again or change usb port on ur pc
ok reboot ur pc
if it don't work try another version of mp3 player utilities

...it's no go, file error! MP3 Player Utilities 5.09 (new), other computer. Firmware to is bad.

yes maybe its is not a goo firm try another
u can use another MP3 player utilities 4.15 or 4.18
