Looking for firmware samsung 807 K9LAGO8UOM AK1025 KJT120V11

I have not got backup firmware from my MP4 - now it is almost dead. I tried lot FWs, and one only made it little live - with chinese menu and small screen only...
I have opened it to read:
chip AK1025 8A002AB OAB
samsung 807 K9LAGO8UOM PCBO CSAD56PBC
board quite small with printed KJT120V11 (or, possibly, VII)
screen with printed on back cover: DFM-101C-NL-WD.HANS101 and on the side: BG999100-A-V0.0(5) 071214/B2
battery PTI R0420305A 3.7V 180mAh HB28
got on eBay, was sold as 4GB, but was 2Gb only.
