if you have visited the site that was linked and used any firmware on this site with no luck then you are out nof luck

there are so many different versions of these players from many different factories that odds are you will never find a firmware

truth is these players are not made for upgrading no matter what it says and finding working firmwares iss a nightmare that often ends with no luck, they are cheap for a reason im afraid

like i said, if nothing that was kinked worked and no download from this site helped then it sounds like a no go fix - sorry

Re: Help Firmware for my MP4 Player

With some firmwares that I downloaded the player is recognized from computer (like removable disk), but I can only use it like removable disk and not like MP4 player becouse the screen is all white.
Then the problem only is "software" for the screen (I think).

Please help me restore my digital mp3,mp4 player.
First my pc will not see it with usb, but it will power on and start loading.., After that it will show on the screen,Insert usbline and press up to usbdisk, press down to formatting! press other key to bio,
If I happend to do so the screen will show Bios 3221-MLC-SPI-9320-5408-H V8.9 or it will pass low level format and to usb disk, After here my PC will now recognised the mp4 and on the screen of the PC show removable disk(E) and removable disk (F)
both are empty. Under the mp4 screen I saw this No. QT2401 VER: 2.0 on the board TEA767VDL6004DPG7113Y MP and on the top of the battery(Model No. 343443A,Capacity 480MAH Voltage 3.7v) I look forward to hear from you soon.

what is the situation now with the player

probem is that we have now given you all sources and if none work then we cant do anything im afraid, there are just too many of these players that are different and the newer ones that are now appearing we will never be able to get the firmware of them, so i do not know what more can be done apart from trying all the firmwares you can, and following the dead player recovery guide

sorry
