I need a firmware for this OEM mp4 touch screen player, and how to apply it after i have downloaded it ???

Hello ajsmicko

Is your player dead?

I ask because there are no firmware upgrades for these players and it's best not to experiment with firmware unless your player is dead.

when i play video my picture goes after sound!! i don't know what to do??
