A I would like to add one thing, now I remembered .... and forgot to write and that this misalignment matrix touch occurred after I tried to use software "s1fwx" to read the firmware ... may have been that to create problems?

Hello everyone,
I wanted to clarify that the player does not have the firmware damaged lights and sounds, the problem and has the calibration of touch screen calibrated evil and therefore I can not access the greater part of icons, practically when I hit the 3rd icon (Photo) me active command of the first icon (Music) so on down vertically with icons, practically has moved all of two icons to the right ... I can not longer use the commands (Text) (Record) (Settings) (Video) and other .... but only the first three of the first column. The rest work, is not damaged ... And the recovery procedure for the player died not because I need the PC sees comes in Recovery Mode, but I do not have a firmware from sending them to restore. Now I was doing some experiment, I found a program for chips (Flash Empty Tools) that can read the Flash Player ... I extract the firmware even if I do not know whether it is properly extracted because the program asks me start and end extraction, and I do not know how the Flash is its ability or size or what is the size of the firmware ... I have extracted 17.3 MB firmware around, but I do not know if they extract all or no or I went beyond its capacity, because the program has no limit. How do I check the firmware extract is correct? Thank you expect some answers. A cordial greeting to all. |
Hi shinjisan,
The s1fws tool won't be able to read your player as you have a Rockchip chipset player. The s1fwx tool can only read Actions chipset player. I don't know anything about your player unfortunately so won't be able to offer any help but thought I'll ask, is there some sort of "reset" button at the bottom or side of the player? Perhaps there's a small button that let's you reset your player? I would be highly cautious about trying to flash your player's firmware without knowing the full consquence of it. |

Hello, thanks for the courteous response, I do not know what else to do, now I tried everything, not only remains for me to test firmware hoping to find a similar let us resume a discreet operation. As I wrote the first I used a program that has downloaded data from flash and editing, I noticed the icons and images of the device, languages and more ... but I do not know what kind of data collected, whether it is possible to re-with the software upload firmware, I notice several differences with the original files. Others do not know what to do, so also in the state that is not used to anything, only as data storage media. I want to know one thing, if I put the wrong firmware can always fall under the procedure upload holding down the M button when you connect all'USB to enter the Recovery Mode? since I am not sure the chip mounting, if the 2606 or 2608, if I put the firmware of another chip can block the process of recovery mode? Thanks, see you soon Bye Bye. |
