All 4 fw-versions didn't work on my Auvisio ZAK4. Luckily i found another owner who mailed me this fw:
912_SLC_3916(54126)_englishi_welcome_01_23.rfw

This version of 2007-01-23 .0006 brought my ZAK4 to life again ! ;-)

Could you upload the "912_SLC_3916(54126)_englishi_welcome_01_23.rf w"
to this site with a pic of the player, it might help some other owner.

thx knob :)

thanks for the firmware. it worked and brought my dead player back to life but then there are no words on the display only icons can be seen. and the player can't read the internal storage though it can be recognized. what could be solution for this problem?

again thank you.

did you format the internal memory? Do you get no text at all, not even on the settings menu? have you tried to change to another language?

i tried to format the internal memory but it posts an error message. the funny thing is that when i tried other firmware that were not compatible with my player, the internal memory can be fully utilized. And about the text issue, i can't navigate thru the menu because there are no text only icons can be seen. can this be a wrong firmware issue? thanks.
