New Digital Player MP4 8GB
I bought a digital player MP4 that has 8MB with Video, Music, Radio, Photos, and Voice Recorder, in black color.
The software that came with it had only three files, and they are: Win98 USB Drivers, AMVTools (1.5-1.8), and AMVTools (1.8-2.0) The second one has: .msi files, setup.exe, instMsiA.exe, InstMsiW.exe, and vcedist.exe. The last one has files withamvplayer.exe, amvtransform.exe, and skin folder. The player had one song and one video. I connected the player to the electric connection to charge it and when I came back to check on it the player had a blue screen. After three days from downloading and trying many ways to fix it following the instructions on this site, finally I was able to have my XP recognize the driver and installed one of the drivers that I downloaded (9.1.52) however I get (Null) error from Window Media Player and can not upload any thing to it…from the C drive I see no files on the driver however if I use MP3 Player manger to low format and selecting “make start up” I can see many files including three empty folders (Music, Video, and Photo). The main problem is I an not see any thing on the player but blue screen and I do not know what do I need to do? I have tried to download many full utilities (9.1.52) but I non worked from the once that I was able to download… My player info are that I was able to get FROM THE INSIDE OF THE DRIVER SH BW017-01C 8-3-12 BKS 25076K V10 D1?J 0507 FLASH CHIP: A514D3AD”HYNIX/SAMSUNG 1024MB (LBF(“(PROTECTED=0) FLASH TYPE: F285 FILE ID:0X0FF0AA55 VENDOR ID: 0X10D6 PRODUCT ID: 0X11011 FW-VERSION: 9.1.52 DATE: 1/9/2005 VID: 10D6 PID: 1101 SDK-ITEM/ACTIONSGongee.ZH WILSON CO.
