AK3221-VTL24082

hey guys i have an altronix afe059 which was completely dead i downloaded the VTL2401B-AK3221 but it seems that it's not the same, the software is the same but the buttons are not acting as they seem, and the camera is not working.
can anyone give me the right firmware? it's for AK3221(control)-VTL24082(board)

the board number is vtl2408 not vtl24082 and control is ak3221.

as i said in my last msg, the computer is taking it as a basic drive not as a removable drive so the mp3 tool is not recognizing it.

i need help in that stuff.

and i need the firmware too, coz i made a mistake and uploaded the firmware of vtl2401B-ak3221 and it wasn't so successful coz the camera isn't working anymore
