Dear Sir,

My MP4 is dead,
here is my information.
Control: AK1025
Plate No.: QY-781FV2
Screen No.: FGD 177FLW-1 SX

i can't find in ur web site. pls guide me how to upgrade(which application needed)

thanks for ur link, i already downloaded it, but i don't know how to do, my player is daed. no power, when connected to computer it found as USB Device,
pls guide me how to do?

It will tell you what you need to do to try to get your player back to a state that you can then load the firmware onto your player.

i already check that link, but player design is not the same with me.
when i upgrade driver i got following message,

"The specified location doen not contain information about your hardware"

what i need to do.

I also have another dead MP3 player.
i cannot find firmware for that player,
its information is
Chip : ATJ 2091N
Plate : MP 5151 GCV3.2

that device can know as ADFU device with my PC.

is nobody can help me?
