Looking for Samsung 752 K9HBG08U1M pcb0

Well, as many, my 4GB mp4 is dead. I know the firmware version is 9.1.52, and inside it has a large chip which says:

Samsung 752 K9HBG08U1M PCB0

and a second smaller and square chips that says:

ak1025

I need the full firmware in order to revive my mp4. Thanks
