Looking for 3221-MLC-SPI-9320-5408-H V8.9

Please I need your help to restore my digital mp3,mp4 player back.
1. Bule back grand, on the screen it shows this number as follow:BIOS 3221-MLC-SPI-9320-5408-H V8.9
2. Please how can I pass this stage with this on the screen!
3. Under the mp4 screen I fine this Nos. (QT240T1 VER2.0)

Be so kind and tell me what to do on my mp3,mp4 digital player, 1GB with SD card, On the screen it shows this Nos:(BIOS 3221-MLC-SPI-9320-5408-HV8.9 with a bule backgrand on the screen)

Under the mp4 player screen, I saw this Nos. QT240T1 VER 2.0.

Please how do I get this mp4 player work again, Help me I take God bag your company.
