I have the mini cd that came with the mp4, I'm not sure if it has the bin. I will check and upload as soon as I can. Probably tomorrow if I can verify all the files have been copied off the cd. I had to try 5 different computers before one could open the darn thing. Hopefully I will be able to help you out.
