Firmware Lazer mp3 2Go

Hello,
I write to you, by hoping that you could help me.
I have a Media Player Portable of the Lazer mark. I very tried to have the firmware, but nothing made I manage there to extract it!!
Could you help me?

Go into the settings menu and post the version number here.
We need to know the player's processor type.

Your player is a Rockchip RK2608 player.

Sorry to say but there is no way to extract the firmware from these players at the moment.
