help for my dead mp4 player

hi guys ive been trying alot of FW on my mp4
some of the FW i downloaded are i think good but, does it really take a long time to recover.? coz i observe that the status bar is not moving :cry:

so here is the details for my dead MP4 "displays only hour glass."
