Need Firmware
 

okay so wrote a post and someone was kind enough to answer.

I basically wrote that my MP4 player had the hour-glass screen and nothing would happened. They told me it was due to corrupt firmware.

So I'm here to see if someone can help me.

This is a pix of the board mp4 player

How long does the board number have to be?
I really don't see anyway to remove my battery to see it.
It's glued together, if I do remove the battery I think the buttons would just fall off.
