firmware upload problem
 

I have SUNPLUS Game player 2.4" with board number:
PCB: AJ250_V14 080917
LCD: AF240E1-36B V2.0 (R1) DOU
CAM: ST7670

When i upload the firmware to it using FRM PRO program the following happened:
When arrive to Update RSV process give the following error messege:
[Dev NO.Undefined]: Update RSV
[Dev NO.Undefined]: Program All -- FAIL --
[Dev NO.Undefined] -- FAIL --
FRM_ERR_DNLOAD_IMG(56) -- !

I dont know what this error messege means !! and what should I do?
Please if someone have soluation to my problem please help me

Hola, tengo un problema con el mp4 daewoo DMV-S311, no podia ver videos, me salia error, asi q inteligentemente actualice el firmware con el sofware que venia en el Minicd y me decia q habia sido actualizado correctamente, pero la pantalla esta en blanco, la PC lo reconoce con su capacidad pero no tengo sistema en el MP4 y ahora cuando como le coloco un nuevo firmware existen utilidades para esto?, de antemano gracias.
