Are you really sure that there aren't any pcb ID number in it?
It is often covered with stickers, or under the LCD flex connector...


BTW, if your player works OK then don't try to upgrade anything, its too risky.

I attach photos all data of my device


my device is dead at this time,


I put the device in recover mode,


after I flash with Action 4.05 Tools "Full Version 9.0.50 - 1.8 LCD" (same as the original version)


and device remain on white screen


I need to do something else?

There is no firmware for that board on the net, but I've found this:

It's the only FW that seems suitable for that JCT216D LCD, try it.

The error occurs with all firmwares tested.
Now the screen is black, AFUD device is detected, recover state is detected but Action 4.05 Tools fails.

EDIT:
the error disappeared,
I flashed with SCC-91020-2091N_1.8_JCT216d_5键.fw but screen remain white and device is not detected
