Looking for firmware RK2608A HTC-039C-RK-V2 2007-11-02 CHEN

I need firmware for Mp4 player:

CPU: RK2608A
Board: HTC-039C-RK-V2 2007-11-02 CHEN
LCD: RRK FPC28T50-A2

There is not firmware for this player. The software which is in player is 00.00.0013 date 17-12-2008...

Itry some firmware from that link before and player work with only one, but then touch screen don't work.

Try more From Downloads here and other sites with firmware... You have to search and try until u find the right one.. If one worked (but the touch screen not) look closer to its info and search similar..

and one more thing how can i upgrade firmware? and re-hacked because in windows it says it is 16gb big it's only 8gb tnx!

There is no clever way to hack your memory.. Actually there is no reason why to do that. Your memory has just 8Gb and you cannot increase it. Hack is only for a look... if you want that, i dont understand why ;)

yes i know that i can't increase it, but computers detects it to be big 16GB big but it's only 8gb (i bought 16GB fake player) and when it's over 8 gigs of data on it some file get corrupted if you know what i mean!

Hi, i bought a mp4 player from mercadolibre, i have tested over 25 firmware files, and some got me to the blank screen, others to the inverted screens and some others to the disabled touch screen.

my problem is solved, this is the from my mp4 player data:

IT HAS A SAMSUNG 8GB MEMORY CHIP, WITH NO CAMERA

"Mini MP4 Player" startup screen
"Goodbye" shutdown screen

i uploaded this file, a big one, with the firmware that worked for me, the instructions and some other options that could work for you in case that the firmware that worked for me doesn't work for you.

I registered just to say THANKS! My MP4 player recently started to crash when
a video is selected for playback. Tried erasing and reformatting the USB flash
drive, but that didn't clear up the issue. My board has the same chips and board
markings as yours (htc-039c-rk-v2 2007-11-02 CHEN), but with only 4 GB of
memory. I first tried the HTC-039C-MLC-080122-EN-1.8V.rfw, but screen images
were reversed (though the touch screen still worked).

I then tried HTC-039C-RK-V2+T-0028-AFPC-Q90044-1 V01.rfw and it works great
again. Thanks much for helping me restore my MP4 player.
