can not detect my device!

Hi! I have a MP4 Sony s-960, but when I use S1fw or MP3_Player_Utilities soft, so it can not detect my device ...I don't know why...can you help me!!!

Go to DEAD PLAYER's recovery guide. I'll tell you that
you need to short the pins to make your player detectable.

Look in the "Dead Players" section of this forum.
