Need Help!White Screen after charging
 

I have 8GB Touch Screen MP5 Player.When it was charging,I realized that the screen is white.Now, I can not do anything on the mp5 player.I can only close with the help of reset button.And my computer doesnt see the item.
I am waiting for your helps!

Mostly that is the FIRMWARE PROBLEM.Try to send the pic if you can

i am sure that is not the SUNPLUS based Mp4 so to ask about its firmware you have to open the player and see the cpu and the lcd version and the board id to ask for the firmware

How can I update the firewre if the problem with it?Because my computer does not see the player.

if the mp4 has the action chip then you can try the short-pin procedure

i think the solution is to open the back of your player and try with a pins to touch the to wires of the bettery to gether carfully , the cpu will read you player as cbu cable as i think , and there is in sfw1 site ways to recover dead pmxplayer , it will help you greatly
