my mp4 apple is dead...couze of a wrong firmware update !!!!what can i do about it ??? please i need ur help !!!!!

You will need to open your player and post the board and plate ID numbers (or whatever numbers you see).

when writing to my mp3 player says :
failed to access firmware: it's in recovery state
done


how can i flash it with my backup firmware?
